These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dawastock platform and related services (“Services”) provided by Dawastock. By registering, logging in, or using Dawastock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Dawastock is a pharmacy and pharmaceutical management platform that enables organizations to manage inventory, orders, customers, subscriptions, and related operations. Use of the platform is subject to your organization’s subscription and the roles and permissions assigned to you.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Dawastock only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates laws governing pharmaceuticals, data protection, or your jurisdiction
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to the platform or organization data
• Attempt to gain access to other organizations’ data, accounts, or systems
• Upload, store, or transmit malicious code or content that could harm the platform or others
• Use the platform for fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Dawastock reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe harms the platform, other users, or third parties.

Accounts, data, and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Data you enter (customers, orders, products, etc.) remains your organization’s responsibility; you must ensure you have the right to use and store that data and that it complies with applicable law (e.g. data protection, pharmacy regulations).

Dawastock provides the platform and tools but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content you or your organization upload. You use the Services at your own risk within the scope of our service level and support offerings.

Subscription and payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, billing intervals, and payment methods are as presented at sign-up or in your plan. You agree to pay all fees due for your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Refund and cancellation terms are as stated at the time of purchase or in your subscription agreement.

Intellectual property and license

Unless otherwise agreed, Dawastock and its licensors own the intellectual property in the platform, software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your organization’s internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform or its content (except your own data)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or Dawastock branding without written permission

You retain ownership of the data you submit. By using the Services, you grant Dawastock the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide and improve the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawastock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Dawastock in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or a minimum amount as required by law).

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate. Continued use of Dawastock after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
